Host Carolina sends text messages to property owners who opt in on hostcarolina.com or ask us to text them. Messages cover your home, your owner report and revenue review, scheduling a call, and our management services.

How you opt in

By checking the box on our revenue estimator form (it is never pre-checked), or by texting us first at (828) 478-8024. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop. You will get one confirmation and no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact welcome@hostcarolina.com or (828) 478-8024.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
