Host Carolina LLC ("Host Carolina," "we") manages vacation rental homes in North and South Carolina. This policy explains what we collect through hostcarolina.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• What you enter in the revenue estimator: your home's address, market, bedrooms, bathrooms, guest capacity, amenities and finish level, and the estimate it produces.
• Contact details you choose to give us: name, email, phone number and the best time to reach you.
• Your text-message consent, if you check the box, with the time you gave it.
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser type and the page you came from, used for security, spam prevention and to understand which pages are useful. We use Google Analytics for site measurement; it sets cookies and reports anonymized usage to Google.

How we use it

• To prepare and send your owner report and revenue review, and to follow up about managing your home.
• To answer your questions by email, phone or, if you opted in, text message.
• To keep the site secure and working, and to improve it.

Text messages

If you check the text-message box, we may text you at the number you gave about your home, your owner report and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of service. See our SMS Terms.

We do not sell, rent or share your phone number or text-message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, website hosting, email, phone and text-message delivery, and analytics), under agreements that limit their use of it, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep owner inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and as required for our real estate brokerage records. Ask us and we will delete your information unless we are required to keep it.
